Order by fax or post

Our secure server ensures the integrity of your credit card transaction over the Internet. However if you feel uncomfortable in using your credit card over the Internet you can fax or post the card information to us, or pay by cheque.

Here is what to do:

Complete your order as normal
Our secure server ensures the integrity of your credit card transaction over the Internet. However if you feel uncomfortable in using your credit card over the Internet you can fax or post (not phone) the card information to us, or pay by cheque.
If paying by card, note the amount of the sale to include with your details. The order acknowledgement screen will explain what details must be include in your fax or letter and will confirm our fax number and postal address.
Submit the form as usual.

Please then fax your credit card details to +44 (0)118 943 9003

or post your cheque (made payable to I.T.P. Ltd) or credit card details to:

Net Customer Services, I.T.P. Ltd, Unit 1, Stadium Way, Tilehurst, Reading, Berkshire, RG30 6BX, England.

Please note it can take up to ten days for your cheque to clear. Your goods will not be despatched until the cheque has cleared.

If posting or faxing credit card information please ensure you provide the following details:

Full name as written on the card
The credit card number
The last three digits of the security code that are printed on the signature strip on the back of the card
Full amount your are authorising to be debited from your card (amount in your shopping basket)
